How the Bespoke Journey Works

STEP 1 -

Share Your Vision

Every exceptional piece begins with you.

In this first stage, we take time to understand your story, style, and the occasion your garment will celebrate. You’re encouraged to bring anything that inspires you — from sketches and Pinterest boards to a favourite fabric or silhouette.

Our AVYA design specialists then interpret your ideas into a creative direction, blending your personality with the artistry of couture craftsmanship to begin shaping your one-of-a-kind design

STEP 2 -

Design CONCEPT

Once your vision is clear, our AVYA design team transforms your ideas into bespoke fashion sketches that capture the essence of your concept. Each drawing reflects your chosen silhouette, detailing, and fabric direction, allowing you to visualise your design before creation begins. During this stage, we refine proportions, necklines, and embellishment placement to ensure harmony and balance.

Your bespoke concept sketch becomes the foundation of your made-to-measure couture garment, created exclusively for you in our London showroom.

STEP 3 -

Consultation

Your consultation is where ideas begin to feel real. After reviewing your bespoke sketch, you’ll meet with our AVYA team to refine every detail — from fit and fabric selections to colour palettes, embroidery styles, and finishing touches. This in-person experience allows you to see, feel, and compare materials before any construction begins.

During this stage, your full body measurements are carefully taken to ensure a flawless made-to-measure fit. Our experts guide you through each choice, making sure your final design reflects your personality, proportions, and the occasion it celebrates.

STEP 4 -

first fitting

Each garment is hand-finished with meticulous precision by our AVYA atelier, where every seam, stitch, and contour is shaped to reflect your bespoke design. This is the moment your vision comes to life — when you see and feel your outfit for the very first time.

During your fitting appointment, our design team focuses on achieving the perfect silhouette. We refine the proportions, adjust the drape, and fine-tune every detail to ensure the garment moves effortlessly with you. The result is a flawless made-to-measure fit, defined by exceptional quality, elegance, and comfort.

STEP 5 -

Final Try-On & Collection

Your completed bespoke garment awaits its final reveal. During this appointment, you’ll experience your design fully realised — every seam, contour, and embellishment perfected by our AVYA atelier.

This moment is where vision meets reality — you’ll see and feel the result of a truly made-to-measure creation, designed exclusively for you and finished to couture standards. Once approved, your garment is carefully prepared for collection, beautifully packaged and ready to be worn for your most meaningful occasion.
